Scotts Project Trust is a small charity providing homely accommodation and support for adults with learning disabilities in Tonbridge located in beautiful country surroundings.

 

Care Support Worker – Waking Nights – part time, permanent

To work a rolling shift pattern of 3 on 3 off, each shift being 9 hours, with an hourly rate of £10.37.

Benefits include: staff wellbeing package, pension scheme, free on-site parking, additional early/late shifts and 'sleep in' shifts often available.

Previous experience preferred but not essential.  A qualification in Health and Social Care desirable.  All statutory training will be provided 

 

 

FUNDRAISING, COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND PR MANAGER

We are looking for someone special to join our team.

The ideal candidate must be confident, self-motivated, and enthusiastic, with organisational and planning skills together with an eye for attention to detail.  With strong all round communication skills and with previous experience of fundraising, preferably within the charity sector.

You will be responsible for leading our community fundraising, community engagement, events, facilities hire and the associated marketing and social media efforts, together with managing our community and stakeholder relationships whilst continually improving our profile and reputation.  The successful applicant will report to the CEO and is actively part of the leadership and management of Scotts Project Trust.  Please see the attached job description for further details.

This is a part time, permanent position with flexible hours to suit, combining onsite and remote working with an administrative support to the role.

Hours:  15 per week

Salary:  £11,700

Care Support Workers

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our enthusiastic, family of care support workers.

Choose a contract and working patterns to suit you from one of the following highly rewarding roles:

 a) WEEKENDS ONLY – Friday, Saturday & Sundays, early and late shifts

 b) LATE SHIFTS – 1:30pm to 10:30pm across 7 days

 c) PART TIME – Various shifts considered

 d) FULL TIME 5 hours per week; early and late shifts across 7 days

 e) BANK - to work shifts as and when required

All our work patterns are on a rota notified in advance.  Additional sleep in shifts available.

Benefits include meals, free on-site parking, pension scheme
